The Galliard Homes development includes a total of 642 private apartments, with 297 of them located in the focal point Marine Tower, the conceptual design features cubic blocks with panels inspired by the stalk of wheat once stored on the site. Reaching an impressive 42 storeys guaranteeing panoramic views from the upper floors.
The apartments have been designed to a superior specification in keeping with the area, featuring Bagnodesign bathrooms fitted with modern soft-square design sanitaryware and brassware for a contemporary feel – a frequent specification package for bathroom design in Galliard projects.
Bagnodesign has also been chosen for the eight penthouse apartments, each of which feature many modern and quality products, such as the sleek wall-hung sanitaryware with stylish flush plates and crisp italian-made brassware.
As the largest continuous construction site in Europe with all six residential towers being built at one time, the logistical capabilities of Bagnodesign meant we were one of the few companies able to ascertain and maintain high-stock levels with quick turnaround on delivering for this demanding site.
