About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our retail showrooms in Dubai. In this role, you will manage post-sales administrative tasks such as converting quotations to sales orders, ensuring payments are received on time, coordinating order fulfillment, and overseeing deliveries. You will handle customer returns and refunds while adhering to company policies, monitor stock movement procedures, and collaborate with the technical and sales teams to improve response times. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for month-end invoicing, achieving sales and contribution targets, and ensuring compliance with Sanipex Group’s Environment & Quality Policies.
About you
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role, with strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to tasks. You should be self-motivated, able to multitask, and complete assignments within deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
