The Product Quality Manager will play a key role in the development and successful market introduction of new products, focusing on both OEM and branded products within the bathroom category.

The role requires a range of abilities; from inspecting products, colour management of finishes and testing requirements required to successfully launch product into the market.

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to market launch, ensuring the highest quality standards. The role involves performing thorough product inspections, overseeing colour management of finishes, and managing testing protocols for a seamless launch. You will collaborate with category managers and cross-functional teams to streamline product development processes and ensure efficient progression through each stage. This position includes conducting on-site visits to manufacturing facilities in Europe and Asia to maintain quality oversight and process adherence.

Additionally, you will coordinate inter-departmental New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring alignment across teams for optimal product launches. Building and nurturing strategic relationships with international OEM partners will be key to facilitating successful product development. The role also requires leading critical tasks such as specification building and on-site inspections, as well as working closely with manufacturers to develop and implement control measures and process improvements during the New Product Development (NPD) stages.

About you

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive professional with in-depth product knowledge in sanitary ware, brassware, and furniture, equipped with a strong background in quality assurance. The ideal candidate possesses a comprehensive understanding of critical quality tools and methodologies, with a proven ability to develop and implement corrective actions, innovative solutions, and continuous improvements.

With strong problem-solving skills and technical proficiency in product production processes, excel in addressing challenges effectively. Capable of working independently and leading teams domestically and internationally, this individual demonstrates exceptional initiative and leadership.
