We are seeking a proactive, organized, and creative Exhibitions & Events Assistant to join our Marketing Department. This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table. The ideal candidate is passionate about event management and excels at coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure the success of every event.
About the role
As an Exhibitions & Events Assistant, you will play a vital role in developing and executing event strategies that align with our brand positioning and business objectives. Collaborating closely with the marketing and events teams, you will contribute ideas, refine strategies, and implement improvements to enhance the overall event experience. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with suppliers, venues, and service providers, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments, and providing general administrative support. You will also assist with location scouting and offer on-site support during events. This role requires travel within the UAE for events or meetings, as well as flexibility to work evenings and weekends during event preparations and execution.
